Most products ship within 3-5 business days or sooner. If the product is on backorder for some reason we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible.

We normally ship via UPS or FedEx but also use the USPS Priority Mail if it is most cost effective.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account.
